Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Downloadable products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
